Setup

Bucket of shuttles; towel or hoop on the receiver's side just behind the short service line at the T (and later wide). Optional: a string 15–20 cm above the net to serve under.

Step by step

  1. Serve 20 low serves aiming to land on the towel.
  2. Record successful serves out of 20 in Progress.
  3. Serve under the string if using one.
  4. Switch court sides each set.

Success criteria

12+ of 20 inside the target (adults); legal and over the net (children).

Common mistakes

Easier version

Big target, closer start (or serve from the front of the box); reward every serve that goes in.

Advanced version

Three targets (T, body, wide) with the same preparation.

Progression

15/20 → shrink the target or add the string.
